Cinnamon Madeleines 肉桂玛德莲 / 贝壳蛋糕

Ingredients :
3 large eggs (鸡蛋)
90g /1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
30ml milk(鲜奶)
100g /3/4 cup plain flour(普通面粉)
1/2 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1 tsp ground cinnamon (肉桂粉)
55g / 1/2 cup ground almond (杏仁粉)

120g Melted Butter (溶化牛油)

Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20-23 minutes
放入已预热烤箱,上下火180°C烤20-23分钟
