Bottom ingredients (下层材料):
180g (1 cup) red beans
500ml (2 cups) water (500毫升水)~ soaked overnight. Boil until soft and almost dry. (浸泡隔夜,煮至软及稍微干)

180g ( 1 1/2 cups) rice flour (粘米粉)
60g (1/2 cup) tapioca flour (木薯粉)
50g (1/3 cup) sago flour (沙谷粉)
190g (3/4 cup ) caster sugar (细砂糖)
300ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
400ml water (水)
1 tsp salt (盐)
1 tsp beetroot powder (甜菜根粉)

Upper ingredients (上层材料):
60g (1/2 cup) rice flour (粘米粉)
60g (1/2 cup) tapioca flour (木薯粉)
1 tsp salt (盐)
200ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
325ml water (水)
