Pumpkin Cake 南瓜蛋糕

Ingredients:
200g butter (牛油)
170g (3/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
4 large eggs(鸡蛋)
250g (2 cups) plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
150g mashed pumpkin(南瓜泥)
50g (1/3 cup) toasted sunflower seeds (烘香葵花籽)

80g raw pumpkin, peeled and diced (生南瓜,去皮后切丁)
Some sunflower seeds (适量葵花籽)

Bake at 170°C for 70 minutes
以170°C烤70分钟
