Ingredients :
125g (1 cup) plain flour(普通面粉)
1 1/2 cocoa powder (可可粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
5 large eggs(鸡蛋)- grade A
2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
500ml (2 cups) milk (鲜奶)
60g melted butter(溶化牛油)

Filling (馅料):
1 can dark pitted cherries, diced and keep the syrup (1罐去籽糖渍黑樱桃, 切碎,糖浆保留)
1 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
1 tbsp corn starch (玉米粉)

350ml dairy whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
1 1/2 tbsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
