Ingredients(材料):
160g (1 1/4 cups) plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt (盐)
1 1/2 tsp caster sugar (细砂糖)
1/2 tsp pepper (胡椒粉)
2 tbsp rice flour (粘米粉)
1 tbsp corn starch (玉米粉)
1 large egg(鸡蛋)
200ml water (水)
2 tbsp oil (油)

50g chives (韭菜)
1/2 carrot, shredded (1/2 条红萝卜,切丝)
200g small prawns, trimmed (小虾,剪须和脚)
