Ingredients :
240g mooncake syrup/golden syrup (糖青)https://youtu.be/IRjfaawR5tQ
1/2 tbsp alkaline water (碱水)
85g oil (油)
1 whole egg (1粒全蛋)
2 egg yolks (蛋黄)
350g plain flour (普通面粉)
1 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/2 tsp baking soda (苏打粉)

330g mung bean mooncake paste (豆蓉月饼馅)

1 egg mix with 1/8 tsp of salt , beaten lightly, for glazing
1粒鸡蛋加入1/8 tsp 盐拌匀
