Palm Sugar Chiffon Cake/Gula Melaka Chiffon Cake 椰糖戚风蛋糕 ► Blog: https://kathrinekwa.blogspot.com/ ► Support my recipe book :https://kathrinekwa.com/ Ingredients: 100g palm sugar / gula melaka (椰糖) 150ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆) 1 pandan leaf, knotted (1片班兰叶,打结) 50g corn oil(玉米油) 150g plain flour(普通面粉或低筋面粉) 5 egg yolks (蛋黄) 5 egg whites (蛋白) 65g soft brown sugar (黄糖) 22cm (9”) chiffon cake pan 22cm (9寸)戚风烤模, 以150°C烤45分钟,再改180°C 烤10分钟。 Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 45 minuets.
