Yam Rice / Taro Rice 芋头饭 ► Blog: https://kathrinekwa.blogspot.com/ ► Support my recipe book :https://kathrinekwa.com/ Ingredients : 4 cups of rice, washed and drained - (560g rice ) 4杯米,洗净,沥干水分 - ( 560克米) 300g yam, cut into cubes (300克芋头,切丁) 4 pips garlic, chopped (蒜米,切碎) 4 shallots, chopped (葱头仔,切碎) 50g dried shrimps (虾米) 200g chicken meat (鸡肉,切丁) 5 mushrooms,soaked and cut into cubes (香菇,浸软,切丁) 4 tbsp oil (油) 4 cups of water ~ 740g water (4杯水~ 740克水) Seasoning (调味料): 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (黑酱油) 2 1/2 tsp salt (盐) 1 tsp pepper (胡椒粉) 1/2 tsp five spice powder (五香粉) Rice cooker measuring cup (电饭锅的量杯): 1 cup of rice = 140g (1杯米 = 140克) 1 cup of water = 185g (1杯水 = 185克) Kathrine Kwa 更多视频/文章……
