说到贵州食酸界的顶流,独山三酸傲视一切。独山位于黔南布依族苗族自治州,这里大山环抱气候潮湿,当地居民自然而然形成了吃酸祛湿的饮食习惯。用芥菜,小河虾,凤仙花,独特的腌制酱料方法制作的盐酸,虾酸,臭酸,气味非常特别,虽然闻着臭不可及,但是烹饪的美食却有独特的风味,让人越吃越喜欢。
When it comes to the top class in the sour food industry in Guizhou, Dushan three acids is proud of everything. Dushan is located in the Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in the south of Guizhou. Surrounded by mountains, the climate is humid. Local residents have naturally formed the eating habit of eating sour to remove dampness.
