川菜给人的一贯印象是鲜香麻辣,但是最辣的川菜能有多辣呢?最辣的川菜当属自贡盐帮菜里的仔姜系列,一层小米椒,一层二荆条椒,再来一层仔姜,急火快炒加上小火慢炖,是绝对的重口味炒菜。大叔沿街做夜宵,路边三口大锅炒菜,仔姜牛肉,仔姜田鸡都是最受欢迎的美食。阿星不仅品尝了爆辣川菜,还逛了有千年传统的彩灯节。
