海南儋州的千年古盐田,这里据记载从唐代开始,海边的盐夫就世世代代用古法制盐,因为干燥少雨的气候和得天独厚的海边环境,用火山石制作的器皿和卤水就能晒出洁白晶莹的海盐,早上的潮水到了晚上就能变成钱。因为产盐所以这里也产生了盐焗菜美食,户外露天制作的盐焗鸡,盐焗鱼,还有各种盐焗蛋,既粗犷又美味,盐焗烤制的肉鲜嫩多汁很有特色。
The thousand-year-old salt field in Danzhou, Hainan. According to records, since the Tang Dynasty, saltmen on the seaside used ancient methods to make salt for generations. Because of the dry climate and the unique seaside environment, utensils made of volcanic stone and brine can dry out white and crystal sea salt. The tide in the morning can be turned into money in the evening. Salt baked dishes are also produced here because of the salt production. The salt baked chicken, salt baked fish, and various salt baked eggs are made in the open air. They are rough and delicious. The salt baked meat is tender and juicy.
