在海南琼北的海口和琼山地区有一种美食习俗,大年初一的时候家家户户都要食素,把提前准备好的素菜做成斋菜煲来吃,这道海南民间传统菜用甜菜,炸豆腐,发菜,粉丝等制作,十几种素菜各有寓意,以求平安如意,来年消灾避难。斋菜煲这道美食商业化以后加入了肉类涮食,也是很受欢迎的海南火锅。阿星品尝斋菜煲老店,吃本味海南美食。
In Hainan's Qiongbei, Haikou and Qiongshan areas, there is a food custom. Every family must be vegetarian on the first day of the new year. The vegetarian dishes prepared in advance are made into Zhaicaibao to eat. This traditional Hainan folk dish uses beet, fried tofu, hair dishe, vermicelli and so on, more than a dozen kinds of vegetable dishes have their own meanings, in order to ensure safety and good luck, and refuge in the coming year. After the commercialization of this delicacy, the Zhaicaibao has been added with meat for consumption. It is also a very popular Hainanese hot pot. Axing tastes the old restaurant of Zhaicaibao, and eats original Hainanese cuisine.
