豆腐脑不仅有南北之争,还有甜咸之争,但是四川乐山的川味豆腐脑在全国独树一帜,有自己独特的味道。红苕粉条,豆花,卤汁,牛肉鸡丝组合成一碗滑嫩的牛华镇豆腐脑。小笼的粉蒸牛肉和肥肠夹在薄饼里,就是特色小吃咔饼,阿星一次吃2个。
