西北粉汤羊血宗师,西安老字号春发生,老师傅手艺精湛,汤味咸香麻辣 Xi'an Snack Fentang Yangxue in Shaanxi, China

粉汤羊血是西安著名传统小吃,也是三大泡馍之一。关于粉汤羊血的起源,要追溯到20世纪初西安南院门的王金堂王记,经50年代公私合营并入餐饮老字号春发生,秉承并发展了西北粉汤羊血宗师王氏传统制作工艺至今。一碗好的粉汤羊血讲究“麻辣咸香光嫩”,搭配发面饼和辣子蒜羊血,秋冬来一碗整个人都暖和了。

Fentang Yangxue is a famous traditional snack in Xi'an and one of the three major steamed bun. The origin of Fentang Yangxue dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, Wang Jintang ’s Wang Ji, south gate of Xi’an. After the public-private partnership in the 1950s merged into a well-known restaurant in Chunfasheng, it inherited and developed the traditional production process of Wang Jintang . A bowl of good Fentang Yangxue is "spicy, salty, fragrant and tender", with spicy garlic sheep blood, Axing eats a bowl in autumn and the whole person is warm.
