The batter making process is quite straightforward. Midway need to rest batter for at least 1 hour, must ensure the baking powder and baking soda are still active, with Non-Stick Pan hot enough, can yield sliced cross section full of honeycomb air holes, fluffy and thick pancakes. With the aroma of freshly roasted peanuts and cream corn oozing out, the ancient nostalgic taste is back. Storage method: Best texture eaten once freshly made. For longer storage, recommended not to put cream corn because it contains moisture easily deteriorate. Let cool completely and store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
