水果季节开始来了，一起来做“水果果冻水晶球”，还可以滚动，很可爱。丈夫说像龙珠球一样。采用新鲜草莓，蓝莓，芒果，奇异果来制作，果冻也加了鲜榨柠檬汁，凝固成圆鼓鼓的球状。脱模时，透视果冻显露了五彩缤纷的水果，超漂亮，吸睛疗愈。而且食谱搭配了燕菜粉和速溶果冻粉，因此燕菜果冬非常会晃动Q弹且稳固定型~切开来满满水果，QQ爽口，酸甜清新，甜度刚好。小孩大人都爱。

收藏方式：做好收普通冰箱冷藏2-3天内吃完，冷冻可以收较久，吃前放回普通冰箱隔夜解冻。

Fruit season has started, let's make "Fruit Jelly Crystal Balls", which can be rolled, very cute. Husband said they look like Dragon Balls. Made of fresh strawberries, blueberries, mango, and kiwi. The jelly is also flavored with freshly squeezed lemon juice, solidified into round plumped balls. After unmould, transparent jelly reveals colorful fruits, so beautiful, eye-catching and therapeutic. Moreover, the recipe uses both agar-agar powder and instant jelly powder, so agar-agar jelly is very jiggly, QQ bouncy yet set nicely~. It is loaded with fruit when cut, QQ chewy texture, tangy refreshing and sweetness are just right. Kids and adults love it.

Storage Method: Chill in the normal fridge eat within 2-3 days, and freeze it to store longer. Before eating, place it in normal fridge to thaw overnight.

♦Ingredients 食材=(Hemisphere Dome Silicone Mould半圆顶硅胶模具, Diameter直径: 7cm)
=Lemon Jelly 柠檬果冻 (3 balls球)=
53g Caster Sugar 细砂糖
4g Agar-agar Powder 燕菜粉
2g Instant Jelly Powder 速溶果冻粉
1g Salt 盐
400g Water 水
10g Lemon Juice (Freshly Squeezed & Sifted) 柠檬汁(鲜榨过筛)

=Fruit 水果=
Strawberries 草莓
Blueberries 蓝莓
Mango 芒果
Kiwi (Gold, Green) 奇异果(金，青)

(普通冰箱冷却2小时/隔夜)
(Chill in normal fridge for 2hours/overnight)
