Today we’re making sour papaya chicken rice noodles and pea jelly, both of which are appetizing and refreshing! Grandpa fell out with his card friends and has been staying at home for two weeks. So I’ve made cold rice shrimp that he loves and given some to his card friends as a good gesture.
