✅食谱

✅【泰式豆腐】

材料：
3块豆腐 (切方块)
适量黄瓜（切丝）
适量红萝卜（切丝）
1粒大洋葱 (切丝)
1条大辣椒 (切丝)
玉米粉适量

酱料：
5汤匙泰式甜酸辣椒酱
1汤匙番茄酱
1粒酸甘汁/柠檬汁
1茶匙糖
(全部材料搅拌均匀，试味道，备用)

✅【Thai style tofu】

Ingredients:
3 pieces tofu (cut into cubes)
cucumber (shredded)
carrots (shredded)
1onion (shredded)
1 red chilli (shredded)
3tbsp corn flour

Sauce:
5 tbsp Thai Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp lime juice/tangerine juice
1 tsp sugar
(Stir all the ingredients evenly)

✅蚝煎食谱

食材：

（4-5人份）

300克鲜蚝
6粒鸡蛋
半粒大葱（剁碎）
2-3瓣蒜米（剁碎）
芫荽（香菜）
适量鱼露

粉浆
50克木薯粉
25克粘米粉
200毫升清水
1茶匙白糖
少许胡椒粉

辣椒酱
2汤匙罐装辣椒酱
1茶匙白醋
1汤匙白开水

✅Oyster Omelette Recipe:

Ingredients:
(4-5 servings)

300g fresh oysters
6 eggs
½ onion (chopped)
2-3 cloves garlic (chopped)
coriander
fish sauce

Rice batter:
50g tapioca flour
25g rice flour
200ml water
1 teaspoon sugar
A pinch of pepper

chili sauce
2 tbsp canned chili paste
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon cooked water

10只鸡翅膀 (切2段)

腌制材料:
20克峇拉煎(Balacan）（3大匙）
1汤匙白糖
半汤匙生抽
1汤匙蚝油
少许白胡椒粉
1粒蛋白

✅Belacan Fried Chicken Wing

Ingredients:
10 chicken wings (cut into 2 sections)

Marinate ingredients:
20g Balacan
1 tablespoon sugar
half tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
A pinch of white pepper
1 egg white

200克四季豆
2粒鸡蛋
适量炒菜虾
少许红萝卜
3瓣蒜米

调味:

盐
生抽
胡椒粉

2 eggs
small shrimp
carrot
3 cloves garlic

Seasoning:

Salt
soy sauce
white pepper
