红伞伞白杆杆，吃到嘴里鲜爽爽【滇西小哥】 A primary forest in Lincang, Yunnan is home to a kind of wild fungus which is extremely red. Every year between June and July, the villagers would basically stay in the mountain looking for such kind of mushroom with a red cap and a white stem. Once fully dried, it can be sold for up to nearly 1,000 yuan per kilogram. It’s a precious wild delicacy in season and also a wonderfully nourishing recipe in winter for people in other areas.
