美人椒红艳艳，阿嬷秘制酸辣酱，做3道特色下饭菜｜Beauty pepper

今年辣椒丰产，地里的辣椒一批接一批成熟，这种红辣椒纤细修长好似美人纤纤玉指，本地便唤它美人椒🌶️🌶️🌶️🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾。吃起来口感微辣清甜，对不太能吃辣的福建人来说，恰到好处。为了做出香气浓郁的辣椒酱，阿嬷炒制辣椒和蒜头，并加入芝麻，还用泡椒增添酸爽风味😋😋😋👍👍👍。用美人椒做的酸辣酱，微酸柔和、辣度温润，香气直往鼻子里钻。蘸肉煮虾特别下饭，拿来拌酸辣白菜，滋味更是一绝🍚🍚🍚🥬🥬🥬。
