秋风拂过田野，各类薯芋地下作物迎来丰收🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾🍠🍠🍠。继生姜、芋艿、豆薯之后，紫薯也喜获收成。紫薯色泽诱人，软糯清甜，蒸熟后捣成泥，阿嬷将它做成馅料，包入米月饼与纸皮烧麦之中，还炖了一锅紫薯桃胶雪燕羹，绵软香甜浓稠爽滑🥮🥮🥮😋😋😋。世人都说秋天是满目金黄，而在这片田地里，也可以是浪漫的紫。你说呢？💜💜💜💖💖💖

Autumn wind brushes across the fields. A variety of underground tubers are ready for harvest 🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾🍠🍠🍠. After ginger, taro and jicama, purple sweet potatoes are gathered in. Vibrant and tempting, soft, glutinous and naturally sweet, purple sweet potatoes are steamed and mashed. Grandma turns the puree into filling for rice mooncakes and thin-skin shaomai. She also simmers a pot of purple sweet potato soup with peach gum and snow bird’s nest — creamy, sweet, thick and silky 🥮🥮🥮😋😋😋. People say autumn is all golden.
