阿嬷挖3种番薯，做3道美味番薯点心，酥脆咸香软糯香甜｜Sweet potatoes

今年种了4种番薯，橘黄心蜜薯、橘红心蜜薯、紫薯和板栗番薯🍠🍠🍠🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾。阿嬷采收了前三种，做成番薯八宝饭、苕丝糖和咸蛋黄焗番薯三道中式传统点心🍚🍚🍚😋😋😋。番薯八宝饭是经典中式美食，番薯搭配坚果、红枣同蒸，软烂香甜。苕丝糖沿用川黔古法，红薯丝拌芝麻糖炒制，满口酥脆。咸蛋黄焗番薯是潮汕风味小食，番薯裹满咸蛋黄，粉糯绵密。3道甜点分别是糯香、酥香、咸香，风味各异，尽显中华不同地域饮食特色💖💖💖😊😊😊。

Four varieties of sweet potatoes were planted this year: orange-fleshed honey sweet potato, orange-red honey sweet potato, purple sweet potato and chestnut sweet potato🍠🍠🍠🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾. Grandma harvested the first three and made three traditional Chinese dim sums: sweet potato eight-treasure rice pudding, sweet potato shred candy and salted egg yolk baked sweet potato🍚🍚🍚😋😋😋. Sweet potato eight-treasure rice pudding is a classic Chinese delicacy, steamed with nuts and red dates, soft and sweet. Sweet potato shred candy follows ancient Sichuan-Guizhou recipe, stir-fried with sesame candy for crisp taste. Salted egg yolk baked sweet potato is Chaoshan snack, creamy and waxy. The three desserts feature glutinous, crispy and salty aromas respectively, showing diverse regional flavors of Chinese cuisine💖💖💖😊😊😊.
