P/s:甜度随各人喜好,所以椰糖份量请自行调整 Ingredient : fresh cassava coconut sugar (chopped) Water Pandan leaves – a few pieces Steps:- 1. Peel the skin of fresh cassava, cut it in half, remove the hard stems, wash and cut into small pieces 2. Put the cut cassava cubes and Pandan leaves into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water (can cover the cassava cubes) and bring to a boil over high heat, 3. then turn to medium heat and cook until the cassava cubes are soft.
