《椰蓉软糕》
Coconut Soft Roll

100克 水磨糯米粉
35克 玉米澱粉
10克 木薯粉
80克 细砂糖
240毫升 清水
1茶匙 食用油
1茶匙 綠茶粉(可換成其他蔬果粉)

50克 乾椰蓉粉

做法:
1. 將100克 水磨糯米粉 , 玉米澱粉, 木薯粉, 细砂糖和清水混合均勻
2. 將材料過濾,分成2份
3. 其中一份加入1茶匙綠茶粉
4. 取一個9寸方型模具(22cm X 22cm),表面塗油,鋪一層不沾油紙
5. 將綠茶粉漿倒入模具中
6. 放入煮滾的蒸鍋,蒸5分鐘
7. 倒入白色粉漿,蒸10分鐘
8. 取出,放涼
9. 必須戴上手套防粘
10. 把糕點卷起,撒上乾椰蓉粉
11. 搓成長條,即可切塊享用!


Coconut Soft Roll / Soft Glutinous Cake Roll

Ingredient:

100g water-milled glutinous flour
35g cornstarch
10 g tapioca flour
80g caster sugar
240ml water
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon green tea powder (can be replaced with other vegetable and fruit powder)

50g desiccated coconut powder

Practice:
1. Mix 100 grams of water-milled glutinous rice flour, corn starch, tapioca flour, fine sugar and water evenly 2. Filter the material and divide it into 2 parts
3. Add 1 teaspoon green tea powder to one portion
4. Take a 9-inch steam mold (22cmx 22cm), apply oil on the surface, and lay a layer of non-stick oil paper
5. Pour the green tea powder into the mold
6. Place in a boiling steamer and steam for 5 minutes 7. Pour in the white powder mixture and steam for 10 minutes
8. Take out and let cool
9. Wear gloves to prevent sticking
10. Roll up the pastry and sprinkle with desiccated coconut powder 11. Shape into long strips, then cut into pieces and enjoy!
