泰式打拋 雞肉
Thai Holy Basil Stir-fried chicken (Pad Kra Pao)


食材:
* 250克 鸡绞肉(可提前半小时加入1汤匙泰式冬炎酱腌制)
* 1小把 九层塔
* 3-4根 小红辣椒
* 1汤匙 蒜末
* 1汤匙 葱末
* 适量 四季豆
* 适量 小番茄
*
调味料:
* 1汤匙 鱼露
* 1汤匙 酱油
* 1/2汤匙 蚝油
* 1茶匙 老抽
* 1汤匙 糖
* 2汤匙 清水
*
做法:
1. 将250克鸡绞肉提前半小时加入1汤匙泰式冬炎酱腌制。
2. 锅中下点油以中火热炒,加入蒜末和葱末炒香。
3. 加入腌制好的鸡绞肉,用中火翻炒,炒至变白后加入四季豆迅速翻炒。
4. 加入小番茄,翻炒均匀。
5. 倒入调味料,再加入少许清水,翻炒均匀后尝试调整调味。
6. 最后加入一大把九层塔,炒片刻即可。

提示:
* 泰式冬炎酱可以根据个人口味调整用量。
* 如果喜欢更辣的口感,可以增加小红辣椒的数量。

Thai Holy Basil Stir-fried chicken (Pad Kra Pao)

Ingredients:
* 250g ground chicken (marinate with 1 tablespoon Thai Tom Yum paste for 30 minutes)
* A handful of Thai basil leaves
* 3-4 small red chilies
* 1 tablespoon minced garlic
* 1 tablespoon minced green onions
* A suitable amount of green beans
* A suitable amount of cherry tomatoes

Seasonings:
* 1 tablespoon fish sauce
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 /2 tablespoon oyster sauce
* 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 2 tablespoons water
*
Instructions:
1. Marinate 250g of ground chicken with 1 tablespoon of Thai Tom Yum paste for 30 minutes.
2. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and green onions, and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the marinated ground chicken and stir-fry over medium heat until it turns white. Then add the green beans and stir-fry quickly.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes and stir-fry evenly.
5. Pour in the seasonings and a little water, stir well, and adjust the seasoning to taste.
6. Finally, add a generous handful of Thai basil leaves and stir-fry for a short while until wilted.

Tips:
* Adjust the amount of Thai Tom Yum paste according to personal taste.
* Increase the number of small red chilies if you prefer a spicier flavor.
* Cut the green beans to your preferred length.
