JT Group Retreat 2019 @ Cambodia

This is the first time in our group to travel together using airplane for our annual trip.

All members saving RM100 monthly into a pool of Money Market Fund, then end of the year we spend it!!! This is the way how we create our travel fund. U guys also can do it 🙂

This really a very nice trip and we enjoy so much! Who want to join us next year? JOM!!!

Travel Itinerary:

4D3N Siem Reap – Angkor Wat – Tonle Sap Lake

Day 1:
ARRIVAL ñ SIEM REAP – ½ day tours (L/D)
- Upon arrival Siem Reap airport, meet & greet.
- Proceed for breakfast.
- After breakfast, visit the handicraft center Artisan D’ Angkor.
- A short stop at Wat Thmei it has a unique glass-walled stupa containing the bones of victims of the Khmer Rouge.
- Next is the War Memorial Monument, it is dedicated to those who sacrificed their lives in the civil war.
- Visit the small shrine containing two standing Buddhas of the names Preah Ang Chek and Preah Ang Chorm. They are surrounded by stories of power and indestructibility.
- Lunch and check-in to hotel. Free at own leisure.
- In evening, pickup from hotel for Dinner at local restaurant, after dinner we will stop at Night Market & Pub Street, enjoy shopping till you drop, transfer to hotel on own arrangement.
- Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 2:
SIEM REAP – Full day temple tours (B, L, D)
- After breakfast, we begin to visit Angkor Wat the “7th Wonders’ of the World” and the world largest temple with excellent masterpiece of carvings, sculptures and perfect structure.
- Enjoy lunch at local restaurant.
- After lunch, we visit the impressive South Gate of Angkor Thom.
- Then, we visit Bayon, the second main temple of Cambodia after Angkor Wat.
- After that, we visit Baphoun which is an enormous Hindu mountain temple constructed in early 11th century.
- Next, we walk along the Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King.
- After that, we explore Ta Prohm, another Buddhist temple covered by dense tropical forest where Tomb Raider Movie was filmed.
- Visit Banteay Kdei, a grand Buddhist temple built in late 12th century.
- Sras Srong, 1000 year old man-made lake.
- We could either visit sunset Pre Rup Temple.
- Back to town, Buffet dinner with Khmer traditional show at local restaurant and overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 3:
SIEM REAP – ½ day tours (B, L, D)
- After breakfast hotel excursion to Chong Kneas Floating Village, take a ride by traditional wooden boat on Tonle Sap Lake to experience the fishermen life. In the wet season, the Tonle Sap Lake is one of the largest freshwater lakes in Asia. - - Back to town, enjoy duty free shopping international brand products at the T Gallery by DFS.
- Lunch at local restaurant. *Afternoon free on own leisure.
- Dinner and overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 4:
SIEM REAP & DEPARTURE (B)
- After breakfast *free on own leisure till time to pick up at hotel for transferring to your next destination. Tour ends here.
