Today, I made a recipe greatly requested by you all, Snowskin Mooncakes, and it won't dry even after overnight! This is not the same as traditional recipes, it is way easier with few ingredients needed. This time, I used the "Vitagen” as main ingredients, which I loved since my childhood. Its fillings consists of reduced sugar white lotus paste with crispy melon seeds within for added texture. So delicious, not too sweet and not greasy.
