Longkang Siham in Melaka Here, there are 2 seafood stalls that sell various types of shellfish which are boiled then served with a sweet and spicy peanut dip. The choices include cockle (siham), lala, bamboo clam, mussel, escargot and sea snail. Besides shellfish you can also get traditional grilled cuttlefish, seafood tomyum clay pot and even fresh local oysters that are charcoal grilled.
