It's called Steamed Seafood King and can be found at Restoran Kari Kepala Ikan Tiga. Originally, this restaurant sold mainly fish head curry. But business did not take off so the head chef created this dish which is basically a steamed combination of lala, fish, squid and sea prawn in superior fish bone stock. It was well received by their customers and the rest was history. The minimum order for Steamead Seafood King is 2 pax and the price starts from RM35. You are free to pick the fish you want (either freshwater or sea fish, all weighing at least 1kg each) which is weighed and added to the overall price. Any additional pax will be charged at RM6/pax and the amount of seafood will be increased accordingly. The other signature dish that is highly recommended by the boss is the Sweet and Sour Pork (Gu Lou Yuk). From what we were told, it's the must try here and he doesn't even mind that if you did not try the steamed fish. Well, he's right, as it was absolutely delicious. The meat is crispy on the outside with a melt in your mouth texture on the inside. Needless to say it's one of the best Gu Lou Yuk in the whole Klang Valley.
