◆ Ingredients 食材 ◆

材料:
1包 (400克)米粉 (泡软)
包菜  (切丝)
红萝卜 (切丝)
大葱(切小块)
姜花 (切碎)
3-4片疯柑叶 (拔去梗)
200克 虾仁 (去壳)
3块 鱼饼 (切片)
1把芽菜


冬炎酱料:3大匙东炎酱
4大匙辣椒酱
4汤匙番茄酱
100毫升清水
****拌匀****

装饰:
辣椒丝
桔子

How to Make the Perfect Tomyam Fried Bee Hoon at home

Serve: 10 person


◆ Ingredients ◆

Ingredients:
1 pack (400g) rice vermicelli (soaked until soft)
Cabbage (shredded)
carrot (shredded)
onions (cut into small pieces)
ginger flower (chopped)
3-4 kaffir lime leaves (stem removed)
200g shrimp (shelled)
3 pieces fish cakes (sliced)
bean sprouts

Tom Yam Sauce:
3 tbsp Tom Yam Sauce
4 tbsp chili paste
4 tbsp tomato paste
100ml water
****mix well****

decorate:
shredded chilli
Lime

素炒粉丝


材料:
2把 冬粉(用冷水浸泡20分钟,然后剪成小段,沥干水分备用)
1/4粒 包菜(切丝)
1粒 青椒(切丝)
2个 香菇 (切片)
半条 胡萝卜 (切丝)
少许 姜丝

调味:
1汤匙 生抽
2克 盐
适量 白胡椒粉
少许 香菇调味料 (可以省略)
半碗 水

Vegetarian Stir Fried Vermicelli

2 small bundle of winter Vermicelli
(soak in cold water for 20 minutes, then cut into small pieces, drain the water for later use)
1/4 piece cabbage (shredded)
1 green pepper (shredded)
2 shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
Half a carrot (shred)
A little ginger

Seasoning:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2g salt
Some white pepper
A little shiitake mushroom seasoning (optional )
A little of water

姜丝腊味炒饭Fried Rice with Ginger and Chinese Sausage



材料:

姜丝
腊肠
三色豆
鷄蛋

调味料;
1汤匙 生抽
1汤匙 黄金
晒油少许
盐少许
胡椒粉少许麻油

做法:
1.首先,下点油进锅裏,把姜丝爆香,
2.姜丝炒好后,捞起来,备用
3.锅裏留一点由,爆香腊肠,将爆香好的腊肠,放著备用4.锅裏打入一个鷄蛋,把鷄蛋弄散
5.把三色豆,饭加入炒匀
6.放入酱油,老抽,少许盐,胡椒粉
7.将饭快速翻炒,最后加入腊肠,一点麻油
8.炒饭捞起后,加入姜丝即可

Ingredient:
rice
Ginger
Chinese Sausage
Three-color bean
segg

seasoning;

1 tbsp golden sun oil
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
A little sesame oil

Practice:
1. First, put some oil into the pot and saute the ginger fragrant.
2. After the ginger is fried, pick up and set aside
3. Leave a little bit of reason in the pot, saute the sausage, put the sauteed sausage, set aside
4. Beat an egg into the pot to loosen the egg
5. Add three-color beans and rice and stir well

广府沙煲伊面
Cantonese Clay pot Noodles


材料:
沙煲伊面
中虾 5-8只
肉片 少许 切片
肉丸 少许
鱼片 1条 切片
菜心 少许 切段
鷄蛋1
红萝蔔 切片 少许
蒜末 少许

酱料:
天然头抽 3汤匙
天然生晒油王 1汤匙
蚝油
生粉
糖 少许
盐 少许

做法:
1.先把肉片加入1汤匙天然头抽和少许生粉腌制壹下
2.锅裏加2大匙油,爆香蒜末,放入红萝蔔
3.然后放入肉片,中虾,肉丸,鱼片炒至八分熟
4.加入3杯水,放入1汤匙蚝油,3汤匙天然头抽,1汤匙天然生晒油王,少许盐和糖,放入菜心搅拌均匀煮滚
5.加入生粉+水=勾芡,勾芡慢慢加入汤裏搅匀,大火煮滚。
6.熄火后,立刻打入1粒蛋,搅拌均匀
6.将汤汁淋入沙煲伊面即可

Claypot Yi Noodles

Ingredients:
Claypot Yi Noodles
5-8 medium shrimps
Slices of meat
a little sliced Meatballs
a little 1 fish fillet sliced
A little cabbage ( cut into sections)
Egg
1 Carrots sliced
a little A little minced garlic

Sauce:
Natural soy sauce 3 tablespoons
Natural dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
Cornstarch
sugar a little
a little salt

Practice:
1. Marinate the meat slices with 1 tablespoon of natural soy sauce and a little cornstarch.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pot, sauté the minced garlic, and add the carrots
3. Then add the meat slices, medium-sized shrimps, meatballs, and fish fillets and stir-fry until medium-cooked
4. Add 3 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons of natural soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, a little salt and sugar, add the cabbage, stir well and bring to a boil
5. Add cornstarch + water = thicken the soup. Slowly add the thickened soup into the soup, stir well, and bring to a boil over high heat.

6. After turning off the heat, immediately add 1 egg and stir evenly
6. Pour the soup into the claypot noodles and serve
