Preheat the steamer and bring the water in the steamer to a boil. 2. Add sugar to eggs and beat until thick. 3. Add pumpkin puree and oil and mix well. 4. Finally add the sifted self-raising flour, baking powder and soda powder and stir evenly. 5. Pour into the mold and steam over high heat for 15 minutes. 6.
