White jade squash

The white jade squash sown in March has yielded numerous large oval fruits now😊😊😊🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾. Its flesh is delicate, soft, sweet and juicy with a refreshing light taste, making it a precious seasonal vegetable for summer🥒🥒🥒🥬🥬🥬.

Fresh from the farm fields to the farmhouse table, Grandma cooks four classic home dishes with it: sweet stewed pork bones with white jade squash, tender steamed egg with squash puree, spicy dry-fried white jade squash that pairs perfectly with rice, and steamed white jade squash with shiitake mushrooms🍳🍳🍳🍲🍲🍲.
Grandpa and Grandma sit around the dinner table enjoying the feast in peaceful contentment. This is the warmest and most wonderful moment in the tranquil countryside☺️☺️☺️✨✨✨!
