耙耙柑挂满橘树，个个金黄鲜甜多汁，阿嬷做3道酸甜柑橘美味｜Harumi mandarin

受老乡邀约，阿嬷去他的农场采摘耙耙柑（春见蜜橘），整座山头柑橘随处可见，产量颇丰🍊🍊🍊🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾。这种柑橘果皮芳香提神，果肉细腻鲜甜，边摘边吃别提多爽了。阿嬷将柑橘入菜，做成肥而不腻的橘香粉蒸肉，酸甜适口柑橘锅包虾和去腥解腻柑橘鸡翅🦐🦐🦐🍚🍚🍚。每道菜橘香风味十足，金黄诱人，尤其是粉蒸肉，它是中国流传千年的经典美食👍👍👍💖💖💖。

Invited by a fellow villager, Grandma went to his farm to pick Harumi mandarins. The whole hillside was covered with citrus trees, and the harvest was abundant 🍊🍊🍊🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾🧑‍🌾. These mandarins have a fragrant, refreshing peel and delicate, sweet flesh — picking and eating them on the spot was simply the best. Grandma cooked the mandarins into dishes: rich-but-not-greasy citrus steamed pork with rice flour, sweet-and-sour citrus crispy shrimp, and citrus chicken wings that remove the fishy smell and cut through the grease 🦐🦐🦐🍚🍚🍚. Every dish was bursting with citrus aroma and looked golden and mouthwatering — especially the steamed pork with rice flour, a classic Chinese dish that has been passed down for over a thousand years 👍👍👍💖💖💖.
